Weight Watchers recipe cards from 1974.
I remembered the site today, whilst looking at some of my mum's old recipe cards (from 1975, and of a very similar ilk) and had to go look for it. And as before, I cried with laughter.

Yeah, I really, really do not understand the 70s obsession with turning everything into a gelatine mold. It's so wrong.
