He’s fiiiiine! Apparently he just didn’t want to get up when we wanted him to get up – maybe because we were around and scaring him (hah – if gentle snoring is a sign of hedgehog terror), or maybe just because 10:30pm was the equivalent of very early morning for him, and he didn’t see why he needed to get up. But anyhow, when we came down this morning, he was curled up in an innocent little ball of spikes, as if he’d not moved – but the newspaper we’d put in with him was torn, and he’d drunk some water and eaten ALL his scrambled eggs (awwww!). Now we know he’s eating and drinking and moving around (and being rather stinky), we’re happy to send him back out. And it's been raining a lot, so there should be a ton of worms and slugs out there for him to eat.
Hedgehog snoring is possibly the cutest thing I’ve ever heard, btw.
