I'm not a medical person, but major organ failure? I think that would be pretty rapid - especially if one of those organs is your heart! Poor thing.

Yeah, and possibly unpredictable, too, particularly for hearts (I think). Two major organs failing, plus the rest in bad shape... Poor kid.

(I'm getting superstitious - every time I talk about fic, it subsequently fails to materialise. So I deny everything. :) )
