I sort of wanted to put Teyla on here, but I've seen so little of Atlantis it felt a bit odd. But whenever I run across her in fanfic, she is awesomesauce. Also Rogue, Anne from Persuasion, Vala, Liz Weir, Janet Frasier, Trinity, Sarah Jane Smith, Eowyn, Cally from Blake's 7...

I like Teyla, but honestly, I think sometimes she's better in fics than on the show! You've got some good ones on your list.
I just realized that aside from images of myself (Aelfpark and Aelfgyfu Teaches Beowulf), the people in my userpics are all men. Hmm.
I'm finding watching Atlantis quite odd, because I feel like I know the characters fairly well, but only through fanfic. I have preconceptions about them all. Come to think of it, I got into SG-1 that way, too. Huh.
I noticed at one point that nearly all my icons were of Jack, so made a specific effort to change it. :D
