I must, must, must get around to writing my report on my visit to 'Alfred: Warfare, Wealth & Wisdom' - an exhibition that I went to see after aelfgyfu_meadmentioned it (and I'm so glad I went, Aelf! It rocked. If you want an exhibition booklet, I got an extra one). King Alfred was a fascinating chap (if a bad cook). More soon.
