And now for some

Teal'c is unconvinced by Jack's plan.

"Permission to - ah hell, just look away for fifteen seconds, General."

Sometimes I think that Teal'c gets Earth culture a little better than Daniel does.

Jacob pwns u all.

"And then General Hammond looked away, and I grabbed a stapler, and turned to Maybourne-"

How could you resist that face? Those puppydog eyes? How?

And Teal'c totally gets Earth culture better than Daniel does. Like wow.
Teal'c really launched himself into Earth culture, didn't he? If he'd stayed as Apophis's First Prime, he'd always have had that nagging feeling that something was missing from his life - but he'd never have read those words: "A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away..."

Show and Tell has Daniel's inability to follow military signals AND Jacob and the Tok'ra being HELPFUL! What's not to love?
Bane is one of those eps that deserve more love. And I love the meta of Daniel being the one to run alongside while Sam and Jack support Teal'c, but by the end of S7 in Lost City, Daniel has gotten sufficiently buff that he's the one supporting Jack, while Sam runs alongside.
It is entirely possible I spend too much time thinking about Daniel. :)
is there really such a thing??
*contemplates obsession*
Exactly! Daniel's attempts at making up military hand signals are quite adorable. Plus there's Jack being all angsty about his son. *sigh*
And I'm with Zats. I don't think there's any such thing as thinking too much about Daniel. *g*
