That AIM thing.

At [profile] redial_the_gate , we're now voting on what episodes to rewatch (i.e. the ones we get together on AIM to watch all at the same time, around the world, and go "Ooh, look at his hair!" about). Go here to vote.

And now for some subliminal advertising for the eps I want (or the two that aren't getting votes, anyhow):

Photobucket
Teal'c is unconvinced by Jack's plan.

Photobucket
"Permission to - ah hell, just look away for fifteen seconds, General."

Photobucket
Sometimes I think that Teal'c gets Earth culture a little better than Daniel does.

---

Photobucket
Jacob pwns u all.

Photobucket
"And then General Hammond looked away, and I grabbed a stapler, and turned to Maybourne-"

Photobucket
How could you resist that face? Those puppydog eyes? How?

ETA: Pics from stargatecaps, with much admiration for and appreciation of their site.

*sporfle*

And Teal'c totally gets Earth culture better than Daniel does. Like wow.

Jack is black ops and all that - I'm sure he could hurt Maybourne in a very short space of time, with whatever came to hand. And Maybourne richly deserved it, in that episode. Grr.

Teal'c really launched himself into Earth culture, didn't he? If he'd stayed as Apophis's First Prime, he'd always have had that nagging feeling that something was missing from his life - but he'd never have read those words: "A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away..."

I love Jack's idea of a bedtime story... :)

Show and Tell has Daniel's inability to follow military signals AND Jacob and the Tok'ra being HELPFUL! What's not to love?

Bane is one of those eps that deserve more love. And I love the meta of Daniel being the one to run alongside while Sam and Jack support Teal'c, but by the end of S7 in Lost City, Daniel has gotten sufficiently buff that he's the one supporting Jack, while Sam runs alongside.

It is entirely possible I spend too much time thinking about Daniel. :)

Well, your icon obviously suggests that it's impossible. Or maybe just incomprehensible. :)

Exactly! Daniel's attempts at making up military hand signals are quite adorable. Plus there's Jack being all angsty about his son. *sigh*

And I'm with Zats. I don't think there's any such thing as thinking too much about Daniel. *g*

Influencing the voting, huh? Sneaky.

Well, seeing as those eps have received precisely four votes between them so far (two of which are mine), I'm not going to feel guilty. *g*

Hmmmm...I still like my votes better, but you make a convincing argument...

Well, if they don't get voted for, I can always hold a rogue rewatch or two. *g*
