Recurring lava dreams. I don't find volcanoes all that scary in the daytime, so why do they haunt my dreams as about the most spectacularly awful way to go? Although, the dream last night - Torri Higginson as the badass vulcanologist and single mum, and Michael Biehn as the structural engineer she meets up with as they flee the erupting volcano. Nice casting.
Couriers, and the postroom at work. "Oh, yeah, a courier did turn up. He didn't know where it was going, didn't have a contact name. He said he was here to pick up a laptop, we had one here, so I gave it to him." What. The. Fuck? (Fortunately for me, it wasn't my laptop that's gone with god-knows-who to god-knows-where. But mine does have to be picked up tomorrow, to go be repaired, and if the postroom try to give it to some random courier, I WILL KILL THEM. Srsly.)

I'm trying to remember if I've ever read a volcano god Stargate fic. Surely there must be some out there? I have a vague notion that Splash wrote one, but I might be completely making that up from wishful thinking.
(I'm thinking it provides plenty of excuses for smut, too.)
