LJ is outing my attempts at keeping fit. *g* Not that I mind you lot knowing I've taken up jogging, I just didn't think it was going to be especially interesting to read about. Hee - but speed-walking looks so silly! Not that jogging is particularly dignified...
I don't think I could do it if I didn't have someone to go with me. I'd feel so embarrassed, lolloping slowly along on my own - at least until I get any good at it. I might be okay once I can speed past the groups of teenagers that hang around our local park.
