AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGh.
You know those days when things just keep going wrong? And sometimes it's because other people are being a pain, but more annoying are the times it's your own damn fault?
Yes.
*throws tantrum, refuses to be reasonable about it*
I feel like swearing, LOUDLY, or throwing things, but I will probably startle and possibly offend the very nice ladies sat opposite me.
*grumbles*

Okay, I'm done. I just needed to blow off steam. Nothing interesting, just a series of little things that have been steadily grating on my nerves.

Swearing and ranting is necessary in order to deal with the nuttiness of other people, I say! So you go ahead and swear your fucking head off? Ok?
I tend to expect people not to be offended by my language, because it's pretty moderate, really - but I did get an anonymous comment on ff.net once, asking if I really must combine the classics (I mentioned Jane Eyre in the fic) with such flagrant use of bad language (it was from Wolverine's POV). I was annoyed, but amused. Because, yes, actually - I must. It was from Wolverine's POV. If I'd been writing, say, Spike from BTVS, he'd say "Bloody hell" a lot. If I'd been writing Daniel, he'd use a lot of big words and run-on sentences, and occasionally stammer if he was really over-excited. It depends what's appropriate.

And yay for random pissed-offedness! Not for whatever the reasons were, of course, but I always like to see people vent ;) Glad you're feeling better now, though!
And, heh. Venting is healthy. Also, funny, sometimes. :)
