Heh. Well, I don't know that I would have received such generous marks from examiners, had I slept through my exams at school - so thank you!

I wasn't sure about posting this, because usually I'm all about the positivity - I think negativity just breeds more negativity, and generally I can resist the temptation. But I'd put a lot of effort into being extremely superior and sarcastic. :)

(That's not to say I think she didn't need to be told, seriously and eloquently, why her comm was so stupid, and why people weren't prepared to put up with it - but I don't think anything needed adding, on that score, to the comments already made by you and others.)
