In case you haven't already seen it, there is a wonderful new Stargate AU community that's just been set up, called jack_built(The House That Jack Built), based on all the characters being giant nerds and living in an apartment block together, with Jack as the grumpy guy who runs the place. Whee! It's completely taken over my brain (couldn't it wait until I've finished my ficathons? Pleeeez?). I have written fic for it, which I'm reposting below for archivy purposes.
