Wow. I really don't know what to say. Someone's gifted me with six months of paid time! That's just... wow. I'm not very good at finding the right words to say thank you, but I feel a warm glow of "you like me, you really LIKE me!". Whoever it was, thank you so much! Is there anything I can do in return? Fic, action figure theatre, blogging on any subject... you name it.

While I'm offering, and since I'm not sure what else to write about for this three weeks thing...

Poll #2980 What would you like me to talk about?

I still have Issues due to that show, particularly in regards to having my photo taken. *shudder* The show had a mysterious quality that just made it creepy as fuck, didn't it? There was a bleakness about it, maybe because they couldn't afford to populate the screen with extras.

I can't imagine there are many cheese-walnut-grapes chocolate bars out there... :D Personally, I don't want any cheese in my chocolate, but I'm prepared to try it in the name of blogging. Have you seen some of the other options they have? The beer one is lovely, but I do not fancy peanuts and ketchup flavour. Ewwwwwwww.

There's another brand of chocolate bars around -- can't remember or locate the name right now -- who do a bar with extra virgin olive oil. Which is delicious.

And they were willing to making the pacing slow, so the creepiness built up gradually, and you didn't know when something was about to happen or what it would be.

Oh, god, yes, sometimes glacially slow - the one with the WWI soldiers seemed to go on for all eternity, but in the end that really made it work.

And there was absolutely no sense of safety. Innocent people died, or worse, and it was just their hard luck.
