edit: I've put the answers up, if anyone's interested.

Oh, I so never meant to do this meme... I can resist everything but temptation. I'm in a lists mood, apparently. (Who wants to do proper writing when they can do MEMES instead!)

Gakked from [personal profile] geneeste (and others):

Step 1: Put your iTunes or equivalent on random.
Step 2: Post the first line from the first 30 songs that play, no matter how embarrassing.
Step 3: Bold out the songs when someone guesses correctly.
Step 4: Looking them up on Google or any other search engine is CHEATING!

10. The biggest lie you ever told

11. I once had a girl - or should I say, she once had me
Norwegian Wood - The Beatles
12. Train whistles, sweet clemetine
New World - Bjork
13. Down a dead-end road / And they don't know where
Off The Map - Guy Clark
14. White chalk, written on red brick / Our love, told in a heart
Jennifer Eccles - The Hollies
15. You say you've got to go home 'cause he's sitting on his own again this evening

And speaking of temptation, I made a veggie bacon and mayonnaise sandwich this morning. This may only sound nice to me and one other person, because veggie bacon is not always enjoyable, being a strange, highly-processed and mysterious "food" somewhat akin to shoe leather with no flavour. But I like it.

Showing off much?

Aha, no. #1 is not Strawberry Fields. Try again. You know it well.

And you know #19, too. Are you tugging my limbs?

Prizes maybe. And yes, Cecilia was by that cockney bloke.

Damn fine sandwich yes.

Yes to the song title - it's been recorded by dozens of people, though. This version's by Bryan Ferry.
