Yeah - baking bread takes a heck of a lot of time, doesn't it? I have to plan half my day around it. I could always get a breadmaker, but... it would take all the fun and ceremony out of it.

The fact that it heats my entire kitchen is a definite benefit in winter, but I can see how it wouldn't be so great in the Florida heat. *g*
