Oh, that's wonderful! I'm so jealous! I used to bake; I baked virtually all the bread we ate for several years, but then we had Small Child, and I hardly ever bake anymore. (We also moved to Florida, and baking bread is Not Good when it's 90°. Having AC doesn't help, because it will just take vastly more power, and the kitchen will still be hot.)
