I lost my Christmas mojo somewhere in Borders on Monday afternoon. I had almost finished the christmas shopping, got stuck on a final gift and found myself saying "the hell with it" and buying the item in front of me.

I think it was the endless repetitions of Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas that did for me.

I have however received my first (unwrapped) Christmas present. A small mouse. After chasing it around the living room for half and hour I have returned it to the wild. Now hopefully its Christmas will be merrier than it might have been.
