Fried ice cream is like a staple in japanese restaurants over here. I've yet to quite figure out exactly how it's done. I have to be careful with it though because I have a dental implant. I bite down on something hot and then it's suddenly cold, the titanium screw attached to the tooth heats up and cools down quicker than my other teeth. It's very... startling.
