I have such a shiny house now. We spring-cleaned this weekend, because we've got someone coming round tonight because of... something to do with us moving house. Perhaps I should be a little more aware of the whys and wherefores, but it's so boring. I just want to wander around the place going 'Ooh! Shiny windows! Shiny tiles! Dust-free lampshades!' *g* I swear, you could eat your dinner off the top of my kitchen cupboards.

 

Okay, it'd be a weird place to eat, you'd probably hit your head on the light, the food would taste slightly of kitchen cleaner, and I'd murder you if you got my lovely clean cupboards messed up... but you wouldn't die of, er, dirt poisoning.

 

I wonder what the estate agent / whoever's coming will make of my little Stargate action figures scene on my speakers. Sam is messing with the speaker wiring, Jack is guarding her whilst she does her skiense thing, Vala has sat down on a speaker, casually brandishing her zat, Teal'c has his zat cannon to guard everyone, and Daniel is on look-out, with his radio (because he kept dropping his gun – typical). Oh, and the Stargate is behind them all.

 

I'm never going to grow up, am I? (And yes, I need to get a Cam.)

 

p.s. I'm also still willing to take prompts here for the 'three things I'd never write' meme. Because my SDficathon story just makes me want to cry.
