Dear SGA fandom: this is a pre-emptive "shhh". Just know that I have a whole bag of "shhh" here with your name on it.

I've tried really hard to get attached to the SGA team like I did to the SG1 team. It seems they didn't have enough character building and backstory episodes early on to let you know the characters. The Atlantis people come off very one dimensional to me. Ronon is the only one that I'm really attached to and we did learn quite a lot about him when he was introduced, so maybe that's why. I could totally watch "The Ronon Show". Especially when he uses Jaws references as he's MacGyvering his why out of a locked room and still manages to hit on the girl. ; )

Ronon intrigues me - or the reaction to him amongst people whose tastes I generally share, anyhow. And the little I've seen or read of him. Anyone who references Jaws is okay by me. :)

I think he and Jack would get on well. It's sad there wasn't any interaction with them in The Return. And there is an awesomely funny scene with Walter and Ronon in one ep.

Personally, I can't quite figure out why he doesn't seem to have a bigger of a fan base. And if I were prone to slash Sheppard/Ronon would be way hotter than Sheppard/McKay. ; )

I don't even have a Ronon icon. How sad is that?
