Gordon Bennett. I'm getting away early today, but work seems to be trying to make up in intensity for what it's losing in quantity.

I have a terrible desire to write something that is neither NaNo nor any other damn thing I ought to be working on. But it's SlightlyEvil!Sam from my gateverse_remixstory, and it's Sam/Jack friendship (I think), and... argh! It pwns my brain!

I've found that when an idea takes over my brain like that I'm usually better off letting it free and writing it than I am fighting it - never gets me anywhere.
