1. I have a tattoo on my left upper arm, designed by myself, of a snake curled into a Celtic knot (bonus related facts: I was born in a Year of the Snake, and have Welsh family). It's there to remind me not to live for the future (how many people said, "You'll regret that when you're old." Well, maybe – but I don't picture me on my deathbed thinking, "Thank goodness I didn't do anything I might have regretted - what a relief!")
2. I missed my Business Studies GCSE exam. Completely forgot about it. Still passed with a D, I've no idea how. I didn't care – didn't want to do Business Studies in the first place: it was a last-minute replacement after the school dropped Classical Civilisations. Bastards. (And apparently I'm still a bit pissed about that.)
3. I straightened my hair last night and keep going to look at it in the bathroom mirror. *shallow glees*
4. I'm helping to plan a hen night for an old friend at the moment, and am... not actually that surprised at the lack of originality of party websites. L-plates and tiaras, wow, I've never seen that idea before. Eesh.
5. Stairs. I don't like stairs. It's not heights so much as the idea of falling down – bumpety-bumpety-bump... My palms get sweaty and my heart speeds up just thinking about it. I think it's to do with a) growing up in a bungalow, there were two steps in the place. I rode a bicycle down one and knocked out my two front (baby) teeth, and the other one I fell over on to, twice, before my parents got it carpeted. I have scars on my forehead and chin as a result. b) When we moved into a house with a staircase, I promptly fell down it in my first pair of heels. Yes, I am a klutz.
6. The first story I wrote was about two sisters, a couple of month apart in age (what? I was very young), who inherited £10 from a rich relative and used it to buy a big house and live happily ever after. *g*
Tag... anyone who wants to, I'm not dictatorial.
edit: OMG, forgot to mention - I went on a picnic this Sunday, to the local heath, and saw some real-life wild Easter bunnies. *squee!* So cute! With the tiny little ears! And the teeny tiny paws! Eeeee! I tried to tempt them out with rocket, cucumber and tomato salad, and chocolate eggs, and sitting-very-still, but they were having none of it. Ah well.

Ooooh... awesome! If I *ever* get a tattoo it will either be the tarot card that has come up in every reading I have ever hard (two of swords, woman blindfolded with two swords, having power but not realising/knowing how to use it) or my chinese year, fire dragon. :)

It's true what they say about tattoos, they are addictive. I'm contemplating getting another. I'm thinking either an om symbol (which might wrap nicely around the snake), or a card I got when I first read the I Ching: six unbroken lines, "The Creative" - success through perseverence. A bit boring as a tattoo, but it meant a lot to me to get that.

And tattoos hurt. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. But it's oddly bearable after the first ten minutes of... excruciating pain.
