Hoorah! Today, because of holiday Spring cleaning, I finally found the two notebooks I'd filled with notes from my British Museum Stargate fic project (walking around the museum, making notes and drawing sketches of interesting things that might inspire me). Phew. I hadn't seen them since I moved house - because they were still in a box, y'see. So, that's a relief. I can finally get on with writing those ficlets.

Also today, I planted some rocket (a.k.a. arugula - hopefully not the paranoia-inducing kind, though), and some chives, in window boxes. A repotted some chillies and planted some snapdragons. My strawberries have begun to show signs of flowering. I love Spring.

I bought some earrings that look like the pullers you get on zips (well, in fact, I think they are zip pullers - they've just had an earring back attached). Possibly dangerous - in that it's an encouragement for people to tug on my earrings - but funny. It looks like I can unzip my head, like those Doctor Who monsters.
