Weight is so hard to guess. Thinking about it more, you were probably pretty close. CJ was a 3-time All-American football player in college (strong safety). So in his "fighting fit" days, I'd put him about 220. I know he's said that some of the middle years of SG-1 were the Fat!Teal'c years, but he carries it well, so I couldn't really tell. *shrug*
