An AIM watch would be someone setting up a buddy chatroom on AIM, everyone having the DVD ready, and hitting play at the same time. Like getting together to watch the show, only at a distance, and with lots of fast typing. :) It's fun, although sometimes hard to watch and type at the same time. We do it on

redial_the_gate, every so often (rewatching episodes).
