I think my quote is more of an "I'm confused and/or annoyed, and therefore will pretend not to have listened to what you just said" sort of thing. I think. It might be in the briefing room. Argh. It was just a random phrase that popped up in my brain, and it doesn't have any visuals or clear wording attached, so could have been said at any point in 8 seasons. I'm betting someone will recognise it, though. Or, hoping they will. Or maybe I'll remember the context. Need caffeine.
