Ah well, in his defence he was actually 'in disguise' - he's pretending to be a rich kid / jewel thief. And he's about to play squash. But it does beg the question whether it's something Mac had in his closet already, or whether he borrowed it from someone... with no taste whatsoever. *g*

And all that doesn't excuse the delightful blonde frosted mullet. But he does manage to look bizarrely good (IMO), despite it, in the same episode:
