Is Rogue/Wolverine it movieverse or comicverse? I've never read any movieverse fics. I can see it more in the comicverse than the movieverse unless it's in the future because the old guy Wolverine and the underage Rogue is a tad bit on the squicky side for me. I look forward to your fic in any case. I would have been panicked by the Jack/Daniel thing too. I don't think I could have done it, because I've never really got it.

I totally get you with the thematic leading characters. Though I must say in Dragonlance I was more of a Tanis fan. Because you know I got to ship the people with complicated/impossible romantic entanglements along with being on the broody side.(Though I did have this weird delusion when I was very sick with bronchitis that I was Raistlin. I think it was the death rattle cough.)

Hmm, your list may have inspired me out of the lethargy that has descended on me lately and make a list of my own. After reading yours I'm sitting here thinking about what all my favorite characters have in common. There's a lot of snark and angst there.
